The Mount Glorious Longevity & Wellness Sanctuary

A longevity and wellness destination imagined for 1,088 acres of the D’Aguilar Range — low, dispersed pavilions set in rainforest garden, with about half the estate held as conservation reserve in perpetuity.

The Longevity & Wellness Estate

A new expression of luxury, shaped by a landscape. Mount Glorious cannot be replicated.

Architecture of the Forest

The new luxury is longevity living. The Mount Glorious Longevity Estate is shaped by 1088 acres untouched that cannot be replicated. Only 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

There are places where architecture makes a statement. And then there are places where the landscape is the statement. Envisioned as a six-star wellness and longevity resort and luxury eco-residential estate, the development brings together exceptional private residences, hospitality, longevity, wellness, dining, commerce and community within an extraordinary 440-hectare rainforest landscape.

The vision is deliberately different from conventional luxury development. Rather than clearing the landscape and placing buildings within it, the architecture is conceived to emerge from the forest low-profile, sculptural and carefully positioned to follow the natural contours of the mountain.

The residences draw inspiration from the timeless language of Moroccan architecture, reinterpreted through a contemporary Australian lens. Arched forms, textured lime render, natural stone, shaded loggias and private courtyards create a sense of quiet sophistication, while expansive openings frame the rainforest, coastline and Brisbane skyline.

Natural materials, planted roofs, solar integration, passive ventilation and deep shaded loggias create a refined architectural language that sits lightly within its surroundings. Natural light moves across organic textures, while fresh mountain air and the restorative qualities of the rainforest become part of the experience of every residence.

Here, the boundary between architecture and landscape becomes deliberately blurred.

The forest becomes the garden. The mountain becomes the outlook. The waterways become part of the experience. Trails lead directly into nature, while rock pools and waterfalls provide places for exploration, movement and restoration.

At the heart of the Estate is a new approach to longevity living. Wellness is not treated as an amenity added to a luxury resort; it is embedded into the way the destination is conceived. Movement, recovery, thermal bathing, preventative health, nutrition, nature and social connection become part of everyday life.

The wider development brings these experiences together through a collection of distinct yet connected environments — private residences, a longevity and wellness centre, a six-star resort, the Bathhouse, movement and stillness pavilions, dining and village spaces, recreation and a substantial conservation reserve.

The ambition is to create a place where people can live, stay, work, gather, restore and connect without leaving the landscape that gives the Estate its identity then there is the setting itself.

The acoustic quiet of the forest. Permanent creeks moving through rainforest gullies. Natural rock pools and falls. Mountain air and elevation. Uninterrupted canopy. Extraordinary views extending towards Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Glasshouse Mountains.

These are not amenities that can simply be added to a development. They are inherent qualities of the land.

The environmental philosophy is equally fundamental. Development is intended to be low-impact and carefully integrated, with architecture contained within defined areas and approximately half the estate proposed as permanent natural reserve. The result is a different idea of luxury wellnees real estate one where sustainability enhances exclusivity rather than compromising it, and where the greatest value lies not in how much can be built, but in how much of the landscape can remain.

Mount Glorious represents a vision for where luxury property is heading: nature-immersed, health-conscious, sustainable and designed around longevity.

A place where the experience of living extends far beyond the walls of the home. Where luxury is measured in space, privacy, health, nature and time.

And where the most extraordinary feature of all is something no architect, developer or resort operator could ever recreate.

The landscape.

The buildings can be designed anywhere.
Mount Glorious cannot.

The Movement Pavilion

A room without walls, where the first light, the rainforest and the horizon become part of the ritual of longevity.

Where Movement Becomes Ritual

An open-air sanctuary suspended above the rainforest, created for yoga, breath work, meditation and the quiet rituals of wellbeing. At Mount Glorious, the landscape becomes part of the practice. The pavilion opens towards the vast horizon, where rainforest falls away to reveal views across Moreton Bay, Brisbane and the coast. At first light, the eastern sky fills with colour as the day begins over the mountains and water. There is no need for music.

There is the sound of birds moving through the canopy, wind passing through the leaves, distant water and the soft rhythm of the forest itself. Cool mountain air moves through the open pavilion, carrying the scent of nature and the rainforest.

The environment is restorative by nature. Time spent among trees and natural landscapes has been associated with reduced stress and lower cortisol, while exposure to natural light, fresh air, birdsong and the sounds and textures of the forest can help shift the body from a state of stimulation towards rest.

The rainforest surrounding Mount Glorious offers something increasingly rare: silence, clean mountain air, darkness at night and immersion in living nature all within reach of Brisbane. Movement becomes slower here. Breathing deepens. The mind quietens. The Movement Pavilion is not simply a place to exercise. It is a place to reset the nervous system, reconnect with nature and begin the day differently.

The Foundation of Youth

A private sanctuary dedicated to the enduring pursuit of vitality, health and longevity.

Water, recovery and longevity, immersed in the rainforest.

A private sanctuary dedicated to the enduring pursuit of vitality, health and longevity. At the heart of the resort, The Foundation of Youth brings together water, thermal bathing, recovery and the natural landscape in an experience unlike a conventional hotel spa. The journey moves between two worlds. Inside, the Bathhouse is intimate and atmospheric warm and cold thermal waters beneath vaulted lime-render ceilings, a private sauna, quiet spaces for recovery and the elemental luxury of stone, water and light.

Outside, the experience opens completely to the landscape. The resort pool extends towards the rainforest and mountain horizon, creating an extraordinary place to swim, rest and spend time in nature. From the water, the landscape stretches uninterrupted into the distance, changing with the light from first morning to the last glow of evening.

Together, the Bathhouse and pool create a complete environment for movement, recovery and restoration. The philosophy is rooted in longevity not the pursuit of youth itself, but the pursuit of the years we all want to keep: strong, healthy, active and independent. Here, wellness is not confined to a treatment room. It is embedded in the environment in the water, the architecture, the landscape . beyond the resort lies a private natural sanctuary, giving the experience a rare sense of space and seclusion. The Foundation of Youth is where six-star hospitality meets the future of wellness creating a place not simply to escape, but to invest in how you live, and how you want to live for longer.

With Brisbane preparing to welcome the world for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Mount Glorious offers a rare opportunity to create something genuinely distinctive: a six-star eco-luxury destination where nature, architecture and longevity define the experience.

“The new luxury is longevity — having more time to live beautifully, healthfully and well.”

A place to stay, invest, retreat, recover and live — only 35 minutes from the heart of Brisbane, yet immersed in the ancient rainforest of the mountain.

The estate offers something that cannot be manufactured or replicated — the natural restorative qualities of the mountain and rainforest itself. Clean mountain air, dense greenery, natural light, birdsong, tranquillity and immersion in nature form the foundation of an environment designed around healthy living.

The architecture responds to this setting with organic forms, natural stone, timber, mineral finishes and living green roofs, combined with refined contemporary lines and expansive glass. The result is a timeless expression of luxury that belongs to the landscape rather than competing with it.

Wellness is woven into everyday life. Dedicated wellness and longevity facilities, movement and recovery spaces, health-led restaurants and cafés, walking trails, gardens and spaces for quiet reflection create an environment where living well becomes part of daily life.

With Brisbane preparing to welcome the world for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Mount Glorious presents an extraordinary opportunity to establish a globally distinctive destination — a place to live, stay, invest, retreat, recover and reconnect, just 35 minutes from the heart of Brisbane.

A new generation of luxury real estate — where the home, the environment and the way you live are designed around the most valuable asset of all: your future your health

A market, not a lobby

A private sanctuary dedicated to the enduring pursuit of vitality, health and longevity.

Architecture shaped by nature. A new standard of healthy living. and Luxury

At the heart of the estate, the market is conceived as an extension of the landscape — a refined gathering place for fresh produce, artisan provisions, flowers and everyday essentials.

Across the development, architecture is inspired by the natural forms, textures and tones of the surrounding rainforest. Warm stone, timber, natural plaster and earthy materials sit quietly within the landscape, while contemporary detailing, clean lines and enduring forms create a distinctly modern expression.

The architecture is deliberately timeless rather than fashionable designed to age beautifully, minimise visual impact and create a sense of permanence.

Every element of the estate is considered through the lens of wellness, longevity and healthy living. Buildings open to the forest and natural light. Landscapes encourage walking and movement. Fresh, nourishing food is part of everyday life. Spaces for recovery, fitness and restoration are integrated naturally into the community.

The result is not simply an eco-development, but a new generation of luxury real estate — where exceptional architecture, nature, wellness and longevity come together to create an environment designed around living well for longer.

A place where luxury is measured not by excess, but by the quality of the environment you live in.

The Restaurant & Longevity Hub

A place designed not simply for living, but for living well.

Where the healing power of the rainforest meets a new generation of healthy living.

Mount Glorious offers something that cannot be designed or replicated: a living natural environment with its own restorative qualities. The rainforest, mountain air, abundant greenery, natural light, quiet and connection to nature create the foundation for a different way of living.

Within this extraordinary setting, the estate builds upon those natural advantages with a dedicated wellness and longevity quarter — bringing together preventative health, movement, recovery, beauty, wellbeing and exceptional hospitality.

Health-led restaurants and cafés provide fresh, nourishing cuisine made around whole, quality ingredients, while dedicated wellness spaces offer opportunities for fitness, meditation, movement, recovery and restorative therapies.

The architecture follows the same philosophy. Natural stone, timber, mineral finishes and earthy tones allow the buildings to sit quietly within the rainforest, while contemporary forms, clean lines and refined detailing create a distinctly modern expression of luxury.

Nothing is excessive. Everything is considered.

The result is a six-star eco-luxury environment where wellness is not an amenity added to the development — it is embedded into the way the entire place is conceived.

From the food you eat, to the air you breathe, the landscape you walk through, the spaces you recover in and the people you connect with, everyday life is designed around vitality, health and longevity.

Mount Glorious becomes more than a place to stay or live. It becomes a place designed to help you live well.

Conservation and Wild life Hospital

A place designed not simply for living, but for living well.

WILDLIFE SANCTUARY.

Half the estate protected for nature, wildlife and future generations.

Mount Glorious is envisioned as a place where wildlife protection is embedded into the development itself. Approximately 50% of the estate — around 220 hectares may be offered subject to conditions of the development approval as natural conservation landscape, protecting the rainforest, waterways, habitat, flora and fauna and ecological corridors that make this mountain unique.

Today, injured, sick and orphaned wildlife from the surrounding area can face long journeys to access appropriate veterinary care and rehabilitation. A dedicated Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre would create a specialist place on the mountain for native wildlife to be treated, rehabilitated and, wherever possible, returned to the natural habitat.

Rather than treating wildlife as something to be relocated away from development, the vision is to retain the rainforest reserve and build around it. By conserving a substantial proportion of the estate and maintaining connected habitat, Mount Glorious can create a sanctuary where people and wildlife can co-exist — making conservation a fundamental part of the development, rather than an afterthought.
